What is your minimum order?
3,000 m per colour and size for standard lines. Mixed colours and sizes can combine to reach a container, and trial quantities below the minimum are possible by agreement — ask before you plan around it.
Are samples free?
Yes. Stock swatches and matched samples are free; you cover the courier (account or collect). For a bespoke colour match, the development sample is also free — we retain the recipe for your re-orders.
How long does a colour match take?
Typically seven days from receiving the board, for both matching and a spectral check. Complex woodgrains or special gloss levels occasionally take longer; we tell you at the point of quoting.
What are your lead times?
15–25 days after deposit for standard colours, depending on gauge and quantity. Repeat orders on a held colour are usually at the shorter end. Booked production slots are confirmed in writing.
What payment terms do you offer?
T/T 30% deposit with the order, balance against the B/L copy. Other arrangements, including L/C at sight, can be discussed for programme customers.
Can you supply under our own brand?
Yes — private-label cartons and labels from 1,000 m per size, with your artwork and product codes. Neutral packing is also available.
What documentation comes with a shipment?
A batch record with the measured thickness, width and colour reference, plus the packing list and carton labels for the order. If your customs or customer needs material composition data, tell us at order stage and we will add it.
Can we visit the factory?
Welcome, by appointment. We are in Suzhou, roughly 90 minutes from Shanghai Hongqiao. Send your dates and we will arrange the line, the colour lab and samples.
